In House Training
We believe that the key to the success of any organization lies in the quality of its employees. Therefore, our training and professional development programs provide outstanding legal and skills training through seminars, lectures and workshops within a friendly and supportive environment. These programs are constantly offered to all staff members to encourage personal development through formal education in order to maintain and improve job-related skills and enhance abilities for job promotions within the Firm.
Training methods include on-the-job training, classroom training, and electronic learning, which may involve interactive Internet-based training, multimedia programs, videos and other computer-aided instructional technologies, conferences and workshops.
The Training Department is responsible for the orientation and integration of new associates/employees into the Firm. In addition, the Department makes recommendations regarding the adoption of training and study programs for the continuing legal and administrative education of the Firm’s staff.
We also contribute to the funding of the British Chevening Scholarship Program and contribute to the expenses of law students who have received scholarships in renowned universities by providing stipends and cost of living allowances. Furthermore, since we believe in developing all employees, our goal is to increase the number of paralegals through the development of our executive secretaries by providing them with training for several months abroad.
